Call for anything urgent — wasps near a doorway, a sting allergy in the household, or bed bugs. For everything else, tell us what you are seeing and roughly when it started, and we will tell you honestly whether it needs a visit now or a booking for the right month.
What to have ready
- Your address, and whether you own or rent.
- What the symptom is and when it started.
- Roughly when the house was built — it narrows the diagnosis considerably.
- A photo of the panel if you can take one safely. Do not remove the cover.
- If an insurer or inspector wrote to you, the letter itself.
Call, do not email, if
- You can smell burning near an outlet, switch, or the panel.
- Anything is sparking or arcing.
- A breaker trips again the instant you reset it.
- Lights are unusually bright in one part of the house and dim in another.
- A service cable is down or a mast has pulled away from the wall — call your utility first.
