Seven communities with genuinely different pest pressure. Barrie has the urban set. Springwater has the heaviest cluster fly pressure we see anywhere. Oro-Medonte is where the wildlife and bat work is. Innisfil shoreline empties for the winter and fills with mice.
What surrounds a property predicts what gets into it better than anything else. Farmland edge means field mice and cluster flies. Mature canopy against a big roof means squirrels. Multi-unit stock means the problem moves through the walls. Each page below sets out the local picture.

A city of 150,000 with a rural boundary on three sides, which means it gets the urban pest profile and the agricultural one at the same time.

Lake Simcoe shoreline property brings a distinct profile: wasps in every deck and boathouse, and rodents that move in when the house empties.
